Sporthal Genderbeemd is our main hall and the home of the Eindhoven Badminton Academy. Most of our weekday youth coaching runs here, six days a week, a few minutes from Blaarthem, Hanevoet, Bennekel and the Veldhoven border.

What happens here
Sporthal Genderbeemd
This is where the academy lives. The weekday after-school blocks are coached youth sessions, grouped by level rather than by age, so a child joins the group that fits their game.
Saturday afternoons are the longest block of the week. They are used for the academy’s longer technical sessions, match play and internal tournaments, and they are usually the easiest slot for a first trial visit.
Because most of our coaching hours sit in this hall, it is also where new members are normally assessed and placed into a group.

- By bike. The hall sits inside the Genderbeemd neighbourhood, reachable on quiet residential routes from across Gestel and from Veldhoven. Nearly all our youth members arrive by bike.
- By car. Sterkenburg is a residential street; please park considerately and keep the area in front of the entrance clear at drop-off and pick-up times.
- Nearby neighbourhoods. Genderbeemd, Blaarthem, Hanevoet, Bennekel, Ooievaarsnest, Rapelenburg — and Veldhoven immediately to the west.
