Badminton memberships in Eindhoven
Season 2026–27
Rudra United is a badminton club and a certified youth academy in Eindhoven. We play six days a week in three halls across the city, from a child’s first shuttle to the eerste divisie. Whatever your age or level, there is a membership here that fits — and you can play once before committing to anything.
For children and young players
Eindhoven Badminton Academy
EBA is a four-level pathway, certified by Badminton Nederland. Children start in Foundational and move up when the coaches judge they are ready — not by age, and never by paying more.
EBA Foundational
Where every child starts. Coached in small groups by age and level, no experience needed. One free tryout before you decide anything.

For children the coaches invite into the competitive group. One to three trainings a week, with tournament play and a structured technical programme.

The regional talent centre, run with Badminton Nederland. Four to eight trainings a week for players on the national pathway. Elite is by invitation.

Recreational and competitive badminton
Adult evenings are open play with the courts mixed all night, so you always get a game and you never need to bring a partner. Coaching with our head coach is optional and sits on top of the recreation membership.

Pick your evening and how often you want to play. Beginners and returning players are as welcome as league regulars.

Rudra United fields 15 teams in the Badminton Nederland competition, up to the eerste divisie in the mixed team event. Dedicated training days from September to February.

Play with us once, first
Children
One free tryout session. Email us with your child’s age and we will put them in a group that fits, on a day that suits you.
Adults and students
Come as a visitor for €12 a session, with no membership and no commitment. Let us know which evening you would like and we will confirm a spot.

Our three halls sit in Gestel, Woensel-Noord and Stratum, so most members have one within a short ride.

Sporthal Genderbeemd is also in use on weekday afternoons for the EBA Selection, RTC-EBA and Elite groups. Times above are indicative — coaches confirm your exact slot when you join. If the evening you want is full, we will offer you another one as places come free.
The small print
What it costs beyond the monthly fee
One-off charges
- €12 — new member registration, once when you join
- €10 — changing your membership preferences, per change
- €27 — a new Badminton Nederland ID, per calendar year
- €15 — pausing your membership, up to two months
How it works
- The season runs 1 September to 31 August and annual memberships are pro-rata, so joining late costs less
- Monthly contributions are collected by SEPA direct debit and do not change with the date you join
- All contributions include 9% VAT
- Monthly members can pause or cancel using the termination form
