On the European tour and need somewhere to train between tournaments? Join Rudra United and Eindhoven Badminton Academy in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. We are 30 minutes from the Dutch Open and within a few hours of the European international tournaments in Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
Train with us for one session or a whole week. Pay per session, bring your own coach and book your own stay. No membership needed.
How to train with us

Choose from our morning, afternoon and Tuesday evening sessions below, around your tournament dates.
Email your plan
Send your dates, number of players and coaches, level and the tournaments you are playing. We confirm your sessions within two working days.
Pay and play
Pay online by card with the link we send you, then come to the hall, warm up and train with our players.
Training sessions for international players
You join our existing sessions: drills, sparring and match play with international-level players based in the Netherlands and the top regional talent from our Regional Training Centre.

Tuesday is our busiest day for visitors: you can train in the morning, the afternoon and the evening.

Up to 8 visiting players per session. Coming with more than 8? Email us before you book travel so we can split your group across sessions or find extra courts. Training days change around school holidays and our own tournaments, so we confirm every booking by email.
How to pay
Pay online by card before your first session. After we confirm your sessions by email, we send you a secure payment link.
Cards we accept
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, credit or debit, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. You pay in euros; your bank converts from your own currency.
Before you travel: check your card
Many banks, including most banks in India, block online and international payments by default. Switch on international and online (e-commerce) transactions in your banking app before you pay. Cards that only work in your home country, such as RuPay-only cards, will not work.
Groups and academies
One person can pay for the whole group with one card payment. Or ask for an invoice and pay by bank transfer in euros; services such as Wise keep transfer costs low. Pay invoices before arrival.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change on tour. Email us before the session and we will move your booking to another day.
We do not accept cash, UPI or payment at the hall.

Players and teams on the European badminton circuit, from Asia and beyond, including players from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, Japan and Hong Kong.
Players between tournaments
Keep your rhythm in the days between the Dutch Open, the German events and the tournaments in France and Belgium, instead of waiting in a hotel.
Players arriving early in Europe
Arrive a few days before your first European tournament to get over the jet lag and get used to European halls and shuttles.
Junior teams and academies
Groups travelling to the Dutch Junior International in Haarlem and the German Junior can train with us in the days between the two events.
Coaches
Bring your players and run your own programme on court, with our players available as sparring partners.
Photos, social media and return visits
We share your training
With your permission, our coaches take a photo or short clip during your session and post it on Instagram at @rudraunited and @rtceba_eindhoven, tagging you. Tell us if you prefer not to be photographed. Please do not film or photograph our junior players yourself.
Come back, or send another team
Coaches and academies who bring a second group, or refer another academy that books with us, get one free session for every player in that group.
Eindhoven: a home base for your European tour
Eindhoven sits in the south of the Netherlands, close to Belgium and Germany. Stay in one place, travel out to several European international tournaments, and come back to train in between. Travel times are approximate.

What it costs to stay in Eindhoven
You book your own accommodation and transport. These are typical 2026 prices to help you budget your European tour.

Questions from players on the European tour
Where can I train badminton in Europe between tournaments?
In Eindhoven, the Netherlands. International players on the European tour can join our training sessions per session, with no membership. Eindhoven is 30 minutes from the Dutch Open and within a few hours of tournaments in Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg, so it works as a home base for several events.
Can I train in the Netherlands before the Dutch Open or the Dutch Junior International?
Yes. Many players arrive a few days early to recover from the flight and get used to European halls. Send us your dates and we will confirm which sessions you can join in the days before your tournament.
Is this a training camp?
No. You join our regular training sessions and pay per session. There is no fixed camp programme, so you can come for one session or train with us for a week between tournaments.
Do I need to be a member of Rudra United?
No. International players pay €15 per session. There is no membership, registration fee or minimum stay.
Who will I train and spar with?
International-level players based in the Netherlands and the top regional talent from our Regional Training Centre with Badminton Nederland. Tell us your level and we will match you with suitable sparring partners.
Can we come as a group of more than 8 players?
Yes, but contact us first. A session takes up to 8 visiting players. For bigger groups we split players across several sessions or look for extra courts, which needs more notice.
Can our coach come with us?
Yes. Visiting coaches are welcome on court with their own players at no extra cost.
Can junior players come without an adult?
No. Players under 18 must be accompanied by their own coach, a parent or a guardian for the whole session.
Do I need to bring shuttles?
You can bring your own feather shuttles, or use ours for €5 per player per session.
How do I pay?
Online by card before your first session. We email you a secure payment link after we confirm your sessions. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Switch on international and online payments in your banking app first. Groups can also pay one invoice by bank transfer in euros.
Can I pay in cash at the hall?
No. All sessions are paid online in advance, so your place on court is reserved.
Can you help with a visa?
Your Schengen visa is normally supported by the tournament invitation. Players who have booked sessions with us can also ask for a training confirmation letter.
Do you arrange accommodation or airport transfers?
No. You book your own stay and transport. The cost guide on this page shows what to expect in Eindhoven.
Will you post photos of me?
Only with your permission. Our coaches may take a photo or short clip during your session for our Instagram and tag you. Tell us if you prefer not to appear. Visitors may not film or photograph our junior players.
Am I insured when I train with you?
You need your own travel and medical insurance that covers sport. Our club insurance does not cover visiting players.
How far ahead should we book?
At least two weeks before you arrive, and earlier for groups. Email us your dates and we confirm which sessions you can join.
